Tree Top Hike 7/11/09

Activity: Tree Top Hike
Location: HSBC Tree Top Hike, MacRitchie Reservoir


The Cub Scouts went out for the Tree Top Hike on a Saturday morning. The weather was great with beautiful skies and a nice breeze.

Join us on our journey~




Sixers being called upon to lead in cheers in the bus.


Briefing on arrival.


From the carpark we started walking...










Water Parade!

and we continued hiking



Yup, nobody likes this.

finally reached the Ranger House!


and so continues the hike, but this time... uphill!



Breather, breather... PheW! before we hit the actual TREE TOP TRAIL...


and so we continued on the ONE WAY journey of no return...


WOOT! We're here!






It is indeed the tree tops... cos we only see the top of the trees...



LOOK! what is that!


Its actually a Eagle's Nest... O_O
This sure is a First Time seeing the Eagle's Nest for some of the teachers.


This is def not for the faint hearted...

arr... its nice to see a little puddle amidst the greens.

Level by Level, they climbed...

Sings: "Such a feelings coming over me, there is wonder in almost everything I see, not a cloud in the sky got the sun in my eyes, and I won't be surprise if its a dream... I'm on the (sing with me!) TOP OF THE WORLD looking, down on creation and the only explanation I can find...
